The Animals hometown . I like the story of Eric Burdon's mother attending the show . Like the "Truckin" jam a whole lot . And the "Other One>Comes a Time" , and ... well the whole show .
That Tucson show is from an extremely fire eating period for the band, as has been noted .

April 69 was a busy month for the boys! A number of "uni shows" too...

Good stuff. Ark/Avalon 3 nighters are outstanding of course.

15 shows in 30 days is a lot and to travel from coast to coast and half way back again. These are not just little old mellow shows but lights out To The Moon ALICE hijinks, Jerry had a tone that has the amps about to bust a forty watt fuse and comes out of my skin.

How Suite It Is....

Anyone giving Newcastle a whirl def needs to not miss Jerry's turn on pedal steel during Looks Like Rain. Very sweet.

It sounds " Aces"
almost gossamer like wings to carry the blues away or some such nonsense
and no Donna on harmony

I used to drink the ale and think I remember the label.

Have always loved the photo of Jerry with the can of Brown Ale. What's more English than Brown Ale?
